Broker Joe Levanto stands behind this space and it's star location in the Downtown area. The former health club space, which ascends above the UDG restaurant, has access to the Red Line, staple retail destinations, financial district, and many more, including another known health club (weight watchers). Available spaces for each floor is negotiable with potential lease holders. Each available floor for lease, specifically the second floor, has gone through an entire overhaul by a previous investor who later in 2015 released it's hold to focus on another project. In the space's potential spread, minimalist aesthetic could be swayed in the direction of the proprietor's vision. Converted space which was a communal fitness room, is suitable for a concept of transcending reality. Many of the space's hard edges were removed to create volume in its atmosphere designed to "recede and disappear, as if fog had entered space and obscured its limits." Optimal relaxation and needs met through the proprietor's purpose is the goal through the newly leased space.

Shaking hands of a gesture done out of obligation, solidified the phase in this new frontier. A life worth working towards was taking shape as he was going to be the master of his own destiny. Implementing the idea, as heavy as the days ahead were going to be, he needed this to latch on to. Just having a girlfriend who bent over, folded into a pretzel for him, and the family he had to prove he wasn't a shit stain for, wasn't going to be enough to anchor his place. Nathen had moments of crossing between his superior self, while he super exceeded what had to be followed. Where one man walked one of the earth's longer than the other, they still felt very wet behind the ears. There were many things to inhale at once. He wanted it all. He wanted to be cutthroat in the business that didn't require searching or in the other guy's line of work, to kill. He wanted to generate notes of money in a way that was another manipulation because business was business no matter how it was directed.
He thought about his brother. The real one who he had subconsciously thought about during this process. How his service to the US wouldn't have to go unnoticed or appreciated just because it was obligated to. No, sometimes, even with the way his senses were magnified, he had perceived long before that the guy could've used the help in the way Nathan was consciously trying to absorb and learn on the fly. His mental capacity grown, didn't necessarily mean that logic was feared of losing to emotion. The very thing that either made him human or nothing more than a reflection of a former super solider who had list of objectives to meet. He had his own and it was going to benefit not only himself, but others. The real win-win was coming from a place that wasn't selfish as it seemed to be beneath the surface. Nathan didn't fool himself there either.
He had selfish reasons. Always self-serving because in the end he had to be. Not for the sake of his own sick need to better accommodate his other half but to make this world as one work that both can share what happiness is. What it was to someone else could mean differently for himself. He had the idea even the forthright to start this journey as some form of healing. To better fuse together and away from constant chases of pasts that kept him up more than asleep. He wanted to take those small increments of measured bliss and manufacture it somehow. Saving his immorality and ways that came into question for another time, he walked the floor space long enough to finally let it settle in. Hands clasped behind his back, slowly trickling in as Slade's stance was dominant.
Slouching wasn't in his being, nor was nosing around like a antsy child looking over his shoulder from habit of the world out to get him. The paranoia will remain. It will never fizzle out but only used to make his gift of a different sight, stronger than he could ever remember. The glossed fabrication of a window that shimmered with lighting giving the room an opulent setting, took his breath. He held his words for the representative of the brokerage who helped make this deal happen, waiting for the guy to leave him to himself. Visuals of people filled the room. No more than sixteen at a time, he hoped just at twenty, planning ahead with each blink of his lids. Wondering if the logistics would come together after managing the emotional effect he had on people seeking to do what he was trying to. To heal, to better their existence in one form or another.
It was a far and distant place anyone from Nathan's life expected him to be, but he wasn't going to be the same anymore. Not while a need and of many had to be met. His lonesome stance of getting things done didn't work successfully and he knew of this. While the plans that were developed by one brain and aided with the experience of another, he had the resources to lean on. The favors to draw from when needed the most. Nathan, plain faced, and internally hungry for the work ahead of him, felt there was a purpose. Not one that subscribed to the line of good or evil, but something greater than that fight which had no change in it ever. He spared his wants a lot of the times, for protecting the ones he believed he loved.
Fearing that declaration had ways of jinxing the very good things he could depend on in some way but he still had much more to do. To fix while using a vessel with similar needs of redemption. His good eye stared into the light that spread, then followed the curved walls. Existing there was going to be an experience once letting go to the constraints of life, traumas of past and even present, and the ability that struggling to be well could come true. There would be hope where hopelessness was in abundance. Bliss where pain was all that anyone knew, be it physical, mental, or emotionally. It was going to be the drug safe to suppress the body's reaction to constant crisis that even therapy was never the end and best result.
Alerted from faint movements furthest into the next room, he never wavered but remained still. Very still as the room and the light that felt natural in its setting. Nathan closed both eyes, which were guarded by the aviators he came to love more than the eye patch but switched off between the two. He breathed deeply into a rhythmic way that was close to meditation. Slowing down the firing thoughts he tried to distract with most activities but there, in the wait of taking all of the things done up until that point, he felt okay. He was going to be alive than he truly ever thought of. All it took was factors of the heart to align with ideals of two while initiating his own way. Defining by his own rules because he could.
